Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Licensed Plumber
- Valid Driver's License, Clear Background Check, Drug-Free
- Follow our Tobacco Policy
- Detail oriented person that is very organized
- Excellent working with software
- Honest, dependable, and organized
Job Duties:
The Technician will have the following expectations:
- Available for phone coaching with supervisors
- Work with the dispatch department to make sure you as the technician go to the right job
- Meet weekly with the supervisors to review schedule, specific job needs & review scorecards for areas to surpass goals
- Consistently provide service and sales performance
- Always represent and deliver honest and quality service
- Understand the Service Titan processes
- Understand the Service Titan price book
- Enforce quality workmanship standards throughout the team
